What this page covers

This policy applies to magneticmanblueprint.com and to the information you share with Magnetic Man Blueprint through this site. It is written to be read, not skimmed past. If anything here is unclear, ask through the Contact page and you will receive a plain answer.

What is collected

Two kinds of information reach us.

• What you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, and the answers you write in the application and contact forms.
• What arrives automatically: standard technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate region, collected through cookies and similar tools by the platform this site runs on.

Nothing is collected that you have not either typed or that your browser does not send to every site you visit.

How it is used

Your information is used to respond to you, to schedule and hold the conversations you request, to deliver the programs you enroll in, to send you communications you have asked for, and to understand how the site is used so it can be improved. It is not used for anything unrelated to this work.

Who sees it

Your information is never sold. It is never traded. It is never handed to advertisers.

It is shared only with the small set of service providers required to operate this site: the website and client-management platform, the scheduling tools, and payment processors when you purchase a program. Each handles your data under its own confidentiality obligations, and only to perform its function. Beyond that, information is disclosed only if the law requires it.

Email and text messages

If you submit a form, you may receive email or text messages related to your inquiry or enrollment. Every message includes a way to stop receiving them, and replying STOP to any text ends text messages immediately. Opting out of messages never affects the confidentiality of what you have already shared.

What clients share in private

Anything discussed inside a coaching engagement is held to a stricter standard than this page: it is treated as private, full stop. Client messages appear on this site only when the man who wrote them has given permission, and with nothing else about him disclosed. The Discretion page describes this commitment in full.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires, and is protected by the security measures of the platforms that store it. No system on earth is beyond all risk, but access is limited to the few people who need it.

Your choices

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request through the Contact page and it will be honored, promptly and without friction, except where the law requires something to be kept.

Age

This site and its programs are for adults. They are not directed at anyone under eighteen, and no information is knowingly collected from anyone under eighteen.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. A change will never quietly lower the standard of confidence described above.
